Delivery time will depend upon the shipping method selected. If you selected Canada Post Standard Mail, your items will take approximately 2-7 business days to arrive once they are shipped. Please allow a turn around of 2 business days for packing orders. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail or text message (depending on which option was chosen at check out) once your order has shipped. This notification will also have your tracking information on it.  

Please note that Body Bar Laser Clinic Inc. can only sell ZO to customers within British Columbia. If you placed an order outside of the province of British Columbia, it will be cancelled and your money returned to the payment method used. Allow up to 10 business days for this return to show on your original method of payment. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Please note, there are no refunds. We offer a 14 day exchange policy on unopened and undamaged products. This means you have 14 days to change your mind, from the day you receive your items. To start an exchange, please contact us at shop@bodybarlaserclinic.com. 

Our staff are very knowledgable and we encourage you to book a complimentary consultation if you're new to medical grade skin care. This will allow us to provide a thorough explanation of all recommended products and step by step instructions prior to purchase. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
