Please note, there are no refunds. We offer a 14 day exchange policy on unopened and undamaged products. This means you have 14 days to change your mind, from the day you receive your items. To start an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our staff are very knowledgable and we encourage you to book a complimentary consultation if you're new to medical grade skin care. This will allow us to provide a thorough explanation of all recommended products and step by step instructions prior to purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
